We enjoy growing traditional crops from heirloom seeds and preserving local wild bushes, trees, and weeds that are edible or medicinal. Also planting newer crops that thrive in this climate.
We grow a little, as a way of enjoying this ecology, but it goes a long way, so preserve by making jams, pickles, dried herbs, teas, and seasonings.
These products are our way of making little packets of seasons in this valley, inviting you to relish its flavours.
Everything is handpicked, homemade, in small batches, with personal attention, a lot of research, and the best ingredients.
Chunky Fruit Preserves
Our jams are made with just the essentials: fresh fruit, khanda sari sugar, and a touch of herbs or spices. No additives, no compromises—just the natural sweetness of perfectly ripe fruit, picked straight from the tree or branch.
With the least amount of sugar needed to preserve their goodness, every jar is packed with the authentic taste of nature.

Flavors are as authentic as the valleys they come from! Our raw mangoes are handpicked from the lush Yamuna Valley, and the lemons are lovingly harvested from our orchard.
